8/28/2025 Student Orientation

8/31/2025 100% of Fall charges due for Financial Clearance; Semester 

or full year payment due may receive a 1 or 3% rebate; Financial Clearance needed to activate ID.

 

September 

9/1/2025 Classes Begin; Last day to register without a fee.

9/3/2025 Cancellation of unconfirmed course registrations for students not financially cleared. 

9/9/2025 Late Registration fee in effect for Fall Semester classes. 

Notification of cancellation of low-enrollment classes

 

9/14/2025 Cancellation of classes with below minimum enrollment

9/18/2025 Last business day to complete the following by 5 PM: drop a class with FULL tuition refund; to make a change in registration by Drop/Add Form without a fee or entry on permanent academic record.

 

9/23/2025 Fee in effect for changes in registration (classes added or dropped)

9/30/2025 Registration opens for Spring Semester

 

October

10/1/2025 Last day to drop a class with 50% refund

10/15/2025 Last day to drop a class with 40% refund

10/28-31/2025 Mid-Semester/Mid-Semester exams

 

November

11/6/2025 Fall midterm grades are due by 11:59 PM for courses already taken.

11/17/2025 Admissions Application Deadline for Spring Semester

11/27/2025 Thanksgiving

December

12/4/2025 Financial Clearance opens for Spring 2026.

12/15/2025 Spring Semester: Old balance plus 60% of Spring charges due for

Financial Clearance; Full payment due may receive a 1% rebate;

Financial clearance needed to activate ID card

 

12/15, 16, 17/2025 Fall Semester Final Exams (starts Monday, 7:30 AM)

 

12/19/2025 Fall Semester Ends

12/22/2025-

1/5/2026 Winter Break

 

12/29/2025 Fall Semester Grades due by 11:59 PM for all the courses

 

Spring Semester 2026

1/5/2026 Spring Semester Begins

1/5/2026 Classes Begin; Last day to register without a fee

1/7/2026 Late Registration fee in effect for first time registrations for Spring

Semester classes; notification of cancellation of low-enrollment classes

 

1/8/2026 Cancellation of unconfirmed course reservations

1/13/2026 Cancellation of classes with below-minimum enrollment
