Semester Organization

The student will take only one course per month, for 15 credits per semester, equivalent to five (5) courses per semester. The course should be completed by the end of the month with a final exam on the last working day of the month. After completing the current course, the student will start a new course as scheduled and will have one month to complete this new course with an exam at the end of the month, as mentioned above. A student will be allowed to take more than one course per month based on his ability. S/he will have to send a written request to the dean of her/his school. A decision will be made in consultation with the faculty members. Then, the student will arrange with the instructor. The same process will apply when a student wants to take more than a month to finish a course.

List of Internships’ Acronyms and Scheduled

We recommend freshmen students start internship during the summer. Their objective is to assess the acquisition of the skills that the student was supposed to acquire during the two previous semesters. It also allows the student to have a first experience in the real work world. Each year, it will last at least one month or between 75 and 275 hours at the workplace. They are required.

INT1201Internship end of first Year (3/0 credits) 0 or 3 credits
INT2202Internship end of second year (3/0 credits) 0 or 3 credits

INT1201 will be taken during summer semester of the first year, not before and not later.

INT2202 will be taken during summer semester of the second year, not before and not later.

They may count for zero credits. See the curriculum for each Major to ensure they count for zero or three credits.
