Semester Organization
The students are to take only one course per month, for 15 credits per semester, equivalent to five (5) courses per semester. The course will be completed by the end of the month with a final exam on the last working day of the month. After completing the current course, the student starts a new course as scheduled and has one month to complete this new course with an exam at the end of the month, as mentioned above. A student is allowed to take more than one course per month based on his ability. S/he must send a written request to the dean of her/his school. A decision is made in consultation with the faculty members. Then, the student arranges with the instructor. The same process applies when a student wants to take more than a month to finish a course.
